Stradivarius EKOThe EKO Stradivarius is one of the rarest and hardest to find string synthesisers from the 1970’s. It has an incredibly rich and vibrant sound all of its own. I personally spent a long while hunting one of these synths down and eventually found one, but it was in Italy and had to be shipped here. I could not find one in the UK! The EKO was released in the 1970’s and used by the likes of Vangelis during his 70’s live shows, the EKO produces beautiful and haunting string sounds of that era. Our version will allow for you to easily create those sounds and go way beyond what the original hardware can do. Each of the 6 original sections of the EKO stradivarius has been sampled in great detail. PLEASE NOTE: The FULL version of Kontakt 5.8.1 is required (NOT Kontakt Player) Deep Effects The effects section has bus sends for each synth section and allows for you to ‘dial in’ just the right amount of effects for each section. Effects List:
All audio demos and video demos use only the presets from this Kontakt instrument. Suitable for all kinds of music from abstract electronics, 70’s disco, modern EDM. Would also sound great being used to score a Zombie movie like Romero’s Dawn of the dead or some obscure Italian horrow/zombie movie. Extra Controls We have added many, many extra features to allow for greater sounds to be created from the core sound of the EKO Stradivarius. We also added a special set of Ensemble processed samples for a very rich and vibrant sound. Both sample sets can be freely mixed with each other for extra creativity. How about each section panning independently of each other? Each section also has independent filter shapes with a huge range of filter types to choose from, vowel filters, phasers filters and each synth section (all 6) has them – lots of scope for sound creation or use the snapshots that come supplied which will give a wide range of sounds that can be tweaked and modified by you. Easily create beautiful and lush strings, haunting pads, synth leads, special analogue type effects, synth stabs and then pass them through the effects section. Secure Serial System This product features its own custom serial system. You will require the full version of Kontakt to load EKO (Not Kontakt Player). When you purchase EKO you will be provided with a unique code which is required to unlock the instrument. Please check out the install and unlock video for more information. 5.8.1 Full Version (Not for Kontakt Player) Product Version: 1 |

RootBassSound and Feel What separates a digital instrument from a mechanical one is the sound and feel of striking a key and sensing a mechanical actuator working the string or tine or electric contact. That unmistakeable, satisfying *thunk* is at the root of this new instrument. Blending carefully modeled, velocity-sensitive multisamples from a vintage analog synthesizer with both velocity-sensitive physical actuators—keys, switches, old circuitry, and others—and articulations from analog waveforms—sine, saw, pulse, white noise, and others—RootBass recaptures the sound and feel of classic bass keys, electric basses, and bass synths from the 60s and 70s: smoky tines, fuzzy basses, funky clavs, electric fuzzbox pianos, deep synth arps, broken rock organs, and old noise boxes that never existed yet sound like they should have. Custom noise textures, which include different tape hiss and flutter styles, amplifier hum, vinyl crackle, VHS tracking, and electromagnetic noise, add just the right amount of fuzz, dirt, and unpredictability. Routed through classic tape echo, amp/cabinet impulses, and effects, RootBass has a distinctive sound that feels solid, real, and deliciously mechanical. MECHANICAL BASS Independently selectable key-down and key-up articulations offer separate decay, filter, tuning, and velocity sensitivity controls, including fine control over their position relative to the bass’s attack and release. Similarly, control the noise type, volume, envelope, filtering, and velocity sensitivity. The instrument offers poly/mono modes and a simple, classic legato mode. Each element can be bypassed. TAPE ECHO/FX & MIXING The unique character of tape echo pairs up beautifully with classic rotator, phaser, flanger, and chorus effects to color the bass tones. Three output mix types shape the instrument’s essential style: overdrive + amp/cabinet impulse, classic tube amp, and classic UK guitar amp. Finally, tape saturation and compression give warmth and body while classic mono and modern stereo reverb impulses put space around it. CLASSIC ARPEGGIATOR Analog articulations dominate RootBass’s arpeggiator, which recalls the iconic style of classic 70s electronica. Filtering, noise modeling, effects, and subtle modulation are central to capturing the feel of vintage analog synths with their fluctuating voltages, scratchy pots, failing transistors, and aged circuits. The humanization feature (instrument mode) adds another dimension by shifting note volume, pitch, and filtering. Features
NOTE: *RootBass requires the full version of Kontakt 5.8.1 or higher (the instruments cannot be used in the free Kontakt Player). |

RootBass: TangBlending analog textures with mechanical and electronic actuators. All-new electro-mechanical bass instruments constructed from a multisampled analog synthesizer, physical actuators, noise artifacts, and amp/cabinet impulses. Building on the philosophy of mechanical sound, RootBass TANG charts new creative territory by blending all-new analog textures with mechanical and electronic actuators. Rich new sample content re-imagines the sound and feel of classic synthesizers, with a focus on root+fifth variants. Carefully modeled, velocity-sensitive multisamples from an analog synthesizer are made combinable with keys, switches, old circuitry, percussive strikes, and articulations from analog waveforms and effects. RootBass TANG captures the sound and feel of vintage synthesizers in a fresh, modern style: brilliant arpeggiators, intense leads, deep keys, rich basses, and gorgeous crossover instruments that defy classification. RootBass demonstrated how noise becomes an essential part of the sound and feel of an instrument. Two types of radio noise are added to the lineup of custom noise textures, which include different tape hiss and flutter styles, amplifier hum, vinyl crackle, VHS tracking, and electromagnetic noise. Routed through classic tape echo, amp/cabinet impulses, and effects, RootBass TANG creates instruments that feel solid, real, and deliciously mechanical. CLASSIC ARPEGGIATOR RootBass TANG‘s arpeggiator is bright, and intense, and captures the iconic sound of vintage electronica in a fresh new style. Filtering, noise modeling, effects, and subtle modulation are central to capturing the feel of fluctuating voltages, scratchy pots, failing transistors, and aged circuits. The humanization feature (instrument mode) adds another dimension by shifting note volume, pitch, and filtering. Subliminal KeysBuilt Upon The Stigmata Engine The Stigmata Engine incorporates four polyphonic sources that reproduce layering techniques, each with sufficient controls to place them in space, adjust their character and modulate them dynamically and continuously. The organisation of the instrument is simple: there are five categories of controls. Modulations allow you to determine the strength and speed with which sounds are modified. Variations offer alterations to each source in real time. Modulations and Variations work with Macros, grouped controls, while the middle section houses a set of filters combined around a common control, stereo width adjustment and infinite sustain to hold notes played without the need to keep your hands on the keyboard. Simple and effective but not simplistic! Kontakt Version Required: 6.7.1 Full Version (Not for Kontakt Player) |

RezonatorPUSHING RHYTHM DESIGN A total of almost 400 convolution impulses include vinyl/radio/tape/digital noise and static, particulate and granular effects, digital and acoustic sound effects, frequency modeling, mic effects and chorusing, stereo imaging, and new, pitch-based impulses for adding harmonic interest to rhythms. With Rezonator’s totally new sample content, the aim was to pair strong electronic drum sounds with noisy, messy hand percussion, shaped and augmented with convolution impulses. The rhythmic possibilities explode: beats infused with ordered noise jump out of the speakers; delicious rattles and soul-stirring syncopations shake up stale rhythms and give them new dimension. Packed with this kit builder are 54 essential kits, ranging from big, deep house/downtempo kits to dirty, hyperactive electronic/tribal kits. Now with multi-out capability. Rezonator’s all-new sample content blends custom electronic kits with acoustic cluster percussion. Comprising PulTech, Tape, Tube, and Wah pedal kits, tone-based Modular and New Wave synthesis kits, and a swarm of custom hand percussion, striking percussive combinations emerge. CLEAN OR MESSY? Control the amount of randomization that is applied to velocity and quantization—separately for each kit slot. Make those snares and hi-hats extra trashy. And with 6 round-robin layers for every articulation, even fully synthetic kits can find a new groove. Let those kits run loose. CLUSTER CONVOLUTION Sculpt each kit slot with convolution: almost 400 custom-designed impulses that thicken, echo, warp, and spatialize every nuance. Create rippling thuds, buzzing strikes, scintillating shakers, noisy rattles, and resonant drums. Aquatronic, Glitchbomb, Kludgebase, Chordscape… FILTER CONTROL Each of the 7 kit slots has three dedicated, independently selectable lowpass, bandpass, and highpass filters, each with dedicated cutoff and resonance knobs for on-the-fly switching. Filtering offers another way to control how convolution impulses color the sound. ORDER AND CHAOS Rezonator’s all-new sample content blends custom electronic kits with acoustic cluster percussion. Comprising PulTech, Tape, Tube, and Wah pedal kits, tone-based Modular and New Wave synthesis kits, and a swarm of custom hand percussion, striking percussive combinations emerge. PERFORMANCE CONTROL Adjustments to tuning, sample start points, decay envelopes, and sample width can be used to control how different convolution impulses color an instrument. Rezonator is multi-out capable: kit slots can be routed to separate output channels for automation control and 3rd party plugins. SMART RANDOMIZATION A powerful kit-building tool, this feature preserves the kit’s performance controls and offers three randomization modes: sample banks only, convo choices only, or both. With two temporary memory slots for comparing new combos, tailor settings then save a snapshot of your new kit. FEATURES

Drop Pad 2 – Rhythmic EditionBerlin-based soundtrax and UK sound designers Sub51 have created an intuitive and inspiring Drag ‘n’ Drop sample-based Kontakt instrument which allows dynamic blending of four imported custom sound sources to create multilayered complex sounds that morph and evolve in an organic way. This special edition of Drop Pad comes with an alternative sound library focussing exclusively on rhythmic sounds like drums, beats, percussions, toppers, motions, sound fx and arps. XY Morphing Drop Pad’s XY-Morph movements can be recorded and exported and imported to or from disk, all four samples can be edited and modulated by the onboard Filters and LFOs. Seven of the best Kontakt effects and an optional Arp will give the sound the final touch – and all samples and almost every movement or modulation can be instantly tempo-synced. Additional features include a Play button (accessible from all windows) for auditioning loops and it is now possible to further modulate the path of the morph cursor using further Warp functions, which open up new possibilities for modifying rhythms. An Isolate function now allows one or more of the pads to be locked so that its playback level remains constant, for example, when you want your kick and snare patterns to remain steady but still have the toppers assigned to other pads following the Morph path. Drop Pad uses Kontakt’s new MIR technology to automatically detect tonal material during import and adjusts the pitch of the audio file. Sample editing options include individual controls related to the pitch, envelope, pan position, playback direction, loop and sample start. The playback engine can be set to the classic ‘Sampler’ or ‘TM Pro’ Mode (incl. tempo/speed settings) to provide convenient tempo adjustment. Mod & FX The Modulation section contains a low-pass filter, a peak filter and a high-pass filter, each to be assigned to one or more of the four sample pads where it is possible to modulate the filter setting via a choice of LFO shapes allowing both the X and Y parameters of each pad’s cursor to be changed during playback — independently for all three filters. Other modulation features include independent Pan and Pitch, both with a choice of waveforms. Complete Mod setups can be quickly stored and recalled with via the 9 FX preset buttons. The FX section contains seven global effects: Reverb, Choral (Chorus), Flair (Flanger), Phasis (Phaser), Overdrive (Van51), Compression (Supercharger GT) and Replika Delay. A special FX Warp pad allows the X and Y axes each to be assigned to an FX parameter where the rate, modulation shape and tempo-related speed of the FX modulation can be adjusted. Nine FX setups can be stored and recalled with the MOD preset system. 334MB Library & Snapshots Drop Pad Rhythmic Edition comes with a 334MB library of high quality on-board Snapshots and Samples featuring drums, beats, percussions, toppers, motions, sound fx and arps.Users can easily choose different sample combinations of the Factory content to create their own Snapshots as well as bringing in their own samples. The RonrocoThe creator of The Bandoneon, the film composer Guillermo Guareschi, presents a new and exciting Kontakt Library intended to become a singular tool for composers and musicians. The Ronroco belongs to the family of the Charangos, a typical South-American instrument. It is like a Charango but bigger in size with a deep and warmer sound. It was brought to the international scene by the two-time Oscar winner, Gustavo Santaolalla. He uses the Ronroco in almost all his projects, such as “The Last of Us”, “Brokeback Mountain”, “Babel” and Michael Mann’s film, “The Insider” among others. “As a film composer and producer, I created this Ronroco Kontakt Instrument having in mind the needs of musicians and film composers. You can almost score a whole film using this instrument alone. It’s that powerful.” Guillermo Guareschi. It is more than a simple instrument, it is a Creative Workstation where you can compose and create original and realistic tunes and atmospheric landscapes. Features

Felt 54FELT 54 is an intimate felt piano with character, it’s not the conventional bright and harmonically complex upright piano. Stereo sampled from a felt customized upright Yamaha U3 1975 that has been modified in a way that makes the tone more pure, yet preserves its harmonic richness. A 0.8mm felt strip was added between the hammers and strings, and the middle section’s tone of the piano was simplified by muting 2 out of 3 strings per note. The instrument was captured by 3 microphones resulting in a very intimate stereo image. FELT 54 covers a range of 54 notes, the sweet spot range of this particular piano. Overview
FELT 54 is ideal for Ambient music and Melancholic film scores, as well as LO-FI hip-hop music with the Tape settings driven up.

FabrikatorProduct Overview Building on the strengths of Konstruktor, and keeping with the ethos of raw, unpolished percussive sound, Fabrikator explores the texture and motion of acoustic-synthetic sounds colored with convolution. The task was to design distinctive synthesized percussion that would complement the new acoustic palette while offering fresh material for the convolution engine: sounds and textures that would react in new and unexpected ways. Different design and mixing methods were applied to produce nine categories of synthetic percussion: over 200 multi-articulation sample instruments in total. Sound treatments include valve and fuzz-wah filters, frequency disintegration and granulation, harmonic and digital distortion, and pitch/time and modulation effects. PUSHING RHYTHM DESIGN New convolution impulses bring the total to almost 400, including vinyl/radio/tape/digital noise and static, particulate and granular effects, digital and acoustic sound effects, frequency modeling, mic effects and chorusing, stereo imaging, and new, pitch-based impulses for adding harmonic interest to rhythms. With Fabrikator’s totally new sample content, the aim was to shape and control the interaction between convolution impulses and more dynamic textural material. What new rhythmic possibilities might emerge? Going beyond frequency modulation, panning, and spectral effects, this is a new direction for generating rhythmic sound treatments from sample content. TEXTURE AND MOTION Fabrikator pushes the concept of a hybrid drum designer and kit builder in ever more creative directions. An all-new sound palette of custom-designed acoustic and synthetic percussion for generating fresh, dynamic rhythms—with a deep focus on texture, motion, and spatial elements. CONVOLUTION COLORS Sculpt each kit slot with convolution: almost 400 custom-designed impulses that color, shape, and spatialize every nuance of frequency and texture. Create deep, echoing kicks, dynamic, resonating snares, shimmering, syncopated hi-hats. Bitclutter, Humfuzz, Echoglitz, Monoflak… ROBOT OR HUMAN? Control the amount of randomization that is applied to velocity and quantization—separately for each kit slot. Make those snares and hi-hats extra trashy. And with 6 round-robin layers for every articulation, even fully synthetic kits can find a new groove. Let those kits run loose. PERFORMANCE CONTROL Adjustments to tuning, sample start points, decay envelopes, and sample width can be used to control how different convolution impulses color an instrument. Fabrikator is multi-out capable: kit slots can be routed to separate output channels for automation control and 3rd party plugins. FILTER CONTROL Each of the 7 kit slots has three dedicated, independently selectable lowpass, bandpass, and highpass filters, each with dedicated cutoff and resonance knobs for on-the-fly switching. Filtering offers another way to control how convolution impulses color the sound. SMART RANDOMIZATION A powerful kit-building tool, this feature preserves the kit’s performance controls and offers three randomization modes: sample banks only, convo choices only, or both. With two temporary memory slots for comparing new combos, tailor settings then save a snapshot of your new kit. FEATURES
