If you use the paid version of Zoom, the software recognises the 4 quadrants each as an independent microphone and regulates the reception volume individually fully automatically. Disturbing echo noise is reliably eliminated. This way, your conference partner can easily understand every participant in the round. The intelligent control of the individual quadrants only works in conjunction with Zoom Rooms. With the free version, only one quadrant is recognised.
