The APW-7 is a traditional wah, which is especially effective in the middle range, whereby the frequency range can be adjusted with a potentiometer.
Usual signs of wear at the potentiometer is no longer possible since Artec uses a special magnetic potentiometer.
With the “Wish” button, you can add resonances that produce new sounds (up to the whistle). With the Bass-Wah Selector, the frequency range is further reduced, so the pedal is also suitable for bass players. The APW-7 is a solid pedal with tradition, but also for experimenters.
