Exceptions
While we strive to cover all bases, certain ‘consumable’ items such as strings, drumsticks, batteries (including rechargeables), valves/tubes, bulbs, crossfaders, samples and VST plugins are non-returnable. Wear and tear are eligible for coverage only if they result from appropriate care or evident manufacturing defects. In essence, we’re accommodating, but neither we nor the manufacturer can be held accountable for improper care.
We ensure that all instruments come with fundamental care tips. For consumable items and products with warranties surpassing three years, the manufacturer’s warranty prevails.

Our warranty, applicable to purchases since March 1, 2005, requires no cumbersome paperwork—your invoice or customer number is sufficient.
