An innovative, high-quality rosewood Grand Concert guitar. Taylor's medium scale (632 mm) gives you a little more touch in the left-hand and a warmer tone. It has a classic open headstock with "Soft V" neck shape and high-quality slot head tuners. High-performance details include an ebony armrest, the new V-Class Bracing for more powerful sound, an ultra-thin finish for maximum resonance and the use of protein adhesives for enhanced tone. It comes, of course, with the legendary Taylor playability and the patented TaylorES-2 electronics with active volume, treble and bass controls.

Taylor's Grand Concert body design is great for fingerstyle players, as well as for light strumming. The back and sides are made from rosewood, lending the guitar a strong bass as well as a certain brilliance in the higher range. The body-neck joint at the 12th fret increases the bass, whereas a thin 3.5 mil finish ensures optimal vibrational behaviour. As for the pickup, you'll have Taylor's own active ES2 dynamic piezo system, with bass-, treble- and volume controls.
