Are you an instrument and sound geek just like we are?

We love to sample real instruments and transform them into a virtual instrument so you can enjoy the sound via MIDI. One of our goals is to make it sound human-like. That’s why we offer up to four velocity groups, a round-robin size of up to eight samples which are all recorded in high resolution. Don’t worry if you don’t know what all of this means. Another aim of ours is to keep it simple for the user. 

Our plug-in is made for easy usage so all the technical things stay under the hood.

Just install the plug-in and start to play and record using a MIDI keyboard. Of course, for our advanced users we offer key switches, automation parameters and more options to get more out of the box. Yet we think it does not require a thousand knobs to sound good. 

What this plug-in does is it provides you with the Sandberg bass in a digital way to play it in your DAW by using the MIDI protocol.

The bass is made of some fine woods: quilted maple top (rare wood), mahogany body, Canadian hardrock maple fretboard and neck. It is powered by two Sandberg “Powerhumbucker” who can be played as a humbucker or single coil. We recommend using the clean direct output signal (unprocessed signal without fx, amp, or pedals) and using your own third-party plug-ins for the sound modification. Still, our plug-in contains three onboard processed signals that you can use without any other plug-ins.

As a producer you’re always keen on the perfect tone and sound to make your production unique. We’ve sampled this special, octaved 8-String high-class bass guitar and put it into a plug-in. It’s a plug-in that gives you an unique and realistic sounding “copy” of the original bass.

The instrument was handcrafted in Krefeld, Germany. It features active electronics and custom components, like a special ETS bridge.

We “virtualized” two of their instruments and turned it into a VST3/AU plug-in, so you can use it in your production.

BassLine Buster CW 4 – the modern regular 4-String

This 4-String bass features a beautiful black limba top wood and a swamp ash body. The neck and fretboard is actually made of maple, turned into black stain. And he sounds just as good as it looks.

BassLine Buster Std 8 – the unique sounding 8-String (like a 12-String guitar)

You maybe know 12-String guitars and the special sound of it. But how about an octaved bass? Well, here you have it! Hint: This sound is perfect for epic productions that require just some uniqueness.
