In addition to providing control over speed, pitch, tempo, and stack delay, Loop Lab features the full suite of Stagecraft effects. This includes Stagecraft’s DJ Delay, Multiband EQ, Overdrive, BitCrusher, Chorus, Flanger, and more, all with a wet/dry mix functionality. Possibilities are extended even further with the use of real-time visualization of the stereo field, full parameter automation, and the option to save and share presets.

Full automation of all parameters
Loop Lab has the capacity to fully automate any parameter. This powerful feature unlocks the plugin’s full potential by allowing you to create more complex and expressive sounds than what’s possible with manual tweaking.

Control

MadMod takes modulation much further than your typical reactive filter, linking 6 different parameters to incoming audio, and each with its own custom scaling. This means you can cause the filter to fade in, skew higher, modulate more, flatten out, all at the same time and all scaled to incoming audio.

ADSR Versatility

Stagecraft has added a trigger mode which changes how the mods react to audio. Rather than tracking, in trigger mode the mods will kick in when the threshold is passed, but then go through a decay phase, and release only when the threshold is crossed again.

Display

As with all of our plugins, the displays we add are in-depth and powerful. Our design philosophy is that every knob should have a visible effect as well as audible, and that all graphs and images should be interactive.

Like all of Stagecraft’s plugins, you can browse presets in the plugin that have just been created by Stagecraft and their users worldwide. New and interesting presets are added every week.

Disarray is directly inspired from the KAOSS pads of a couple decades ago.

This simple controller allows you to manipulate multiple effects across and XY plane in startling and amazing ways. Perfect for slow builds, quick drops, effect riding, and soundscapes; this plugin gives you everything you need to truly control you effect chains live.

Unbelievable Control

Map any parameter to the XY space either radially or linearly. Control up to 8 parameters on up to 4 effects at once. Trigger and freeze effects to pop in and out with touch or to stay statically on while you manipulate them. Truly unprecedented control.

Host Any Plugin

In addition to the onboard effects (every Stagecraft effect is pre-loaded into Disarray), you can also use it as a host. This means that you can load your favorite effects and control them as well, even when running Disarray as a plugin itself. If there is a better way to control plugins over an XY space, we have not seen it.

Automation

Like all Stagecraft plugins, you can add internal quantization, mods, and automation to any parameter. Doing this adds another dimension to the controls, tracing out complex paths in the XY space with every touch.

Scratching in the DAW

Scratch track is designed to give you a way to add scratches to your recording projects. You can use this plugin to scratch samples, loops, tracks or live input. This is the only software to offer live scratching, and to support all types of timecoded vinyl, midi learn for controls, automation, and programmable crossfade.

Live Input

You can use this plugin to trigger samples and tracks. There are programmable cue points so you can juggle between cues in your samples at the touch of a button.

Midi Learn

Like all our plugins, this one comes with it’s own midi learn. Simply right click on any of the buttons or sliders (including the crossfade) to map a midi signal to that control.

Crossfade

The only plugin out there with a professional level crossfade. This plugin lets you adjust the curve of the crossfader, and responds with super low latency to incoming midi signals, so you can finally use a midi controller for serious scratching.

What is EchoThief?
EchoThief is a real-time reverb convolution plugin built around the use of the EchoThief impulse response library. This library was created using custom, state-of-the-art signal processing technology that enables the recording of impulse responses in acoustic spaces too noisy to capture using other methods.

Gain access to previously inaccessible places
From typical convolution reverb standbys such as concert halls to previously inaccessible spaces such as the Batcave from the original 1960s TV show, this plugin will give you an unprecedented range of acoustic spaces to play in.

Smart glitching at your fingertips

Stagecraft’s Glitch Machine gives you precise control over the probability that a stutter will occur at any point in the measure. This gives you many options for augmenting your beats by easily driving straight repeats, heavy offbeats, or conveniently creating more random and messy glitches.

The stutter length, as well as timing and other characteristics, all come equipped with many quantization options. This allows you to easily switch between different timings such as triplet or dotted note timing, for example. The pitch shift can also be quantized to various scales.

Full automation of all parameters
Glitch Machine gives you the ability to fully automate any of the plugin’s parameters. This powerful feature unlocks the plugin’s full potential by allowing you to create more complex and expressive sounds than what’s possible with manual tweaking.

“There-a-whaa?”
Originally, a theremin is a single oscillator musical instrument made of two metal rods—one for pitch and the other for amplitude—controlled by the performer using hand gestures. Its unconventional way of controlling the sound makes the theremin capable of the strangest bleeps, bloops, whuuuuurls, and pprrrzzzzz.

Stagecraft’s Theremin uses the original principle of hand gesture control as a template for developing a new way of controlling a mono synth. Perfectly geared for vintage-style synth leads, this mono-voice synth has hard syncing and tone control features similar to what you see from the great synth pioneers in the early modular synths era.

Control pitch and volume through single variables
The unique idea behind this plugin is to allow you to control pitch and volume each with a single variable, as you would with a real theremin. This allows for new and interesting ways to manipulate sounds. Since Theremin is always mono with portamento, it slides between notes as you move up and down the range.

Additional quantization options
The Theremin plugin has the additional option to quantize the input pitches. Using this feature allows you to hear the sound slide through all the notes of the selected scale as you slide the pitch control up or down. This kind of result takes traditional theremin players years to attain.

Well, now you can load any 64-bit VST / VST3 / AU plugin in any host. We’ve created an easy to use wrapper plugin that will let you open your favourite plugins anywhere.

A distortion effect with five distinct, high-quality distortions.

Mix and match to come up with your own specialized distortion types, ranging from light sweet distortions to heavy, dark or grungy growl distortions.

After the distortion phase is a four band EQ and compressor.

Use these to further shape your sound, bringing out sharper high tone portions or smoother deeper ones. Overdriving the compressor gives you another level of overdrive for an intense, thick sound.

Overdrive 5 features full automation of all parameters, allowing you to create more complex and expressive sounds than possible with manual tweaking. Additionally, save presets and (optionally) share them with other users.

Echothief Inspired

This plugin is a direct collaboration with Dr Chris Warren (aka Superhoax); who is also the genius behind Echothief, the library of impulse responses we use for our modelling reverb of the same name. The plugin is adapted from his Picante MaxForLive patch.

Soft Saturation

Picante works as a tone shaper, graphic EQ, and light distortion. It can be made to add grit or a soft fuzz. The full range EQ gives you precise control even as the limiters introduce a nuanced amount of nonlinearities for tonal depth.

Light, Sweet, Crude

We use a unique combination of limiters and saturation to obtain a light push overdrive that is perfect for bringing out the grit in horns and vocals, or used more aggressively it can be used to push a tone to be hard but not heavily distorted.

Q Power

The inclusion of variable Q gives another dimension of control as you can push the sound’s resonance toward ringing. This lets you use this plugin as an effect for otherworldly sounds, shaping a saxophone into a thick tinny sound and then morphing into a ringing percussive blast.

Split any song, fast

Simple Stems is a quick and easy way to decompose any audio into it’s constituent parts. Leveraging the well established Spleeter algorithm by Deezer, you can separate songs into three different ways:

• vocals and accompaniment (2 stems).
• vocals, drums, bass, and other (4 stems).
• vocals, drums, bass, piano and other (5 stems).

The results are stunning, though more complicated mixes and live recordings are not always perfectly split.

Drag-and-drop functionality

Simple Stems is extremely easy to use! It loads as a plugin (VST/AU/AAX) or standalone. To get new stems, simply drop your audio on the splitter and wait a moment for the stems to appear. You can preview individual stems and then drag the stems directly to your DAW, desktop, or files.

A great addition to your workflow

Your tools should serve you, not the other way around. With Simple Stems, you can get new stems EASILY without leaving your flow or hopping online! Files are automatically created in a folder right beside the original audio, so you can always find them later.

Fades in a DAW?

XFade is designed to give the producer or DAW DJ a simple crossfader, suitable for mixing, production, or live performance. This plugin allows you to fade between 2 input streams within the DAW, overlaying samples on each side as well.

Damn Fast

XFade operates with 0 latency and can fade in/out more than once in a buffer, so it will be lightning fast even with larger buffers and older sound-cards. If you plan on crab scratching in your DAW, this is a must. Be sure your midi device is high speed, XFade can keep up!

Adjustable Cutoff

You can adjust the crossfade slope. Use a sharp curve for fast cuts, or a gradual slope for slow and smooth fades between tracks.

Add Samples

Additionally, there are sample players on each side, which can overlay audio int the mix. Keep an extra track to fall back on when mixing, blast an air horn or one shot for some extra energy, or have a loop to fall back on while your guys drop a solo. A must for live performance.
