Fazortan 2Have you ever wondered where does that unique magical breeze so audible in most of JMJ’s tunes come from? Fazortan 2 is the new incarnation of Controllable Space Phaser which is part of our SilverLine Collection. No need to say we didn’t cut much corners on quality and that robust, yearned by all – analog feel of the sound. Total control over the Phase shifter provides you with adjust ability and allows to obtain the desired contour with high precision. Have you ever wondered where does that unique magical breeze so audible in most of Jean Michael Jarre’s tunes come from. Surprisingly the backbone here isn’t the synth itself but the effect unit coupled with the synthesizer, saying more precisely – analog phaser of which our Fazortan 2 seems to be a fine equivalent. Thanks to the analog modelling technique we were able to implement allpass filters comprising characteristics identical to its analog counterpart based on Operational Transconductance Amplifiers. Now in version 2 we’re even closer to the sound character the original hardware unit brings. You can think about Fazortan 2 as of the exact copy of a retro phaser taken out from 70’s and redone to become a virtual unit. But being the same sounding unit that provides primal functionality and sound of the original is where similarities end and where limitless scope of plugin comes to play. Bearing on mind only one Rate knob and a Color switch on the front panel of the real phaser device, Fazortan 2 from the first look at its GUI, presents itself as a completely new device that effectivelly expands capabilities of its origin. Structure Full control over two LFOs (waveform, rate and depth) controlling the unit and unlike the hardware unit Fazortan 2 LFO works in a various waveform modes: sinus, triangle, hyper-triangle and random (i.e. only triangle is available in original). By using both LFOs simultaneously you’re now able to obtain result that owners of the hardware box could only dream about. Endless contour diversity stretches results from monotonous sluggish swing to become a gurgling scrumble, just by a slight re positioning of the the rate knob. Additionally it is now possible to add consecutive all-pass stages as well as regulate the feedback effect. The amount of stages translates on how many humps and pits residues in the converted sound spectrum while feedback parameter value implies severity of these irregularities. Feedback knob gives you sounds from soft to rapid and drilling. To visually display how it works consider a white noise as an input signal. Moving the feedback knob will start to morph incoming “sea waves” reminiscent noise into “windy” whizz. Additionally each lfo can be modified by altering its respective phase giving as a result an improved panning of the incoming signal. Who would like to use it? The best way to judge Fazortan 2 is to listen to it. You’re welcome to our mp3 presentation. We made every effort to make sure Fazortan will fulfill all expectations one could have before buying an analog phaser unit. Especially guitarists and retro keyboard players may appreciate possibility to adjust it so it can emulate the rotary speaker, what along with its rich and lush sound, completes satisfactory every audio chain. Of course given much more maneuverability it is a fine fx unit to be adapted regardless of genre. Key Features

Clearmountain’s PhasesCreate your Own Phases, from Mellow to Madness – Authentic plugin emulations of Bob Clearmountain’s Vintage Analog Flanger & Phaser Rack Modules The trippy, undulating sound of flanging and phasing debuted in the ‘60s and ‘70s with songs like Small Faces’ “Itchycoo Park,” Led Zeppelin’s “Kashmir,” and Hendrix’s “Bold as Love.” And it’s made its mark on every decade since, playing key moments on tracks by David Bowie, Roxy Music, The Clash, The Cult, U2, Daft Punk, not to mention dozens of tracks by Van Halen. Clearmountain’s Phases brings you the sounds of classic flanger and phaser processors used in mixing engineer Bob Clearmountain’s studio, meticulously modelling his rare, vintage flanger and phaser rack modules from the mid-seventies. The plugin adds Expanded settings modules, so you can replicate Bob’s advanced workflow, easily dialling in the distinct, engaging modulation effects heard on songs from the world’s most influential artists. Clearmountain’s Favourite Flanger at your Fingertips Originally created through a laborious process requiring two tape machines playing back the same material in sync, but with a slight varispeed on one of the machines, the Flanger effect required a lot of gear, setup and expertise to pull off. Clearmountain’s Phases brings Bob Clearmountain’s favourite hardware Flanger processor to your fingertips, with control over the original manual sweep, sweep oscillator and mix. With Expanded controls including feedback, LFO Phase, high-pass filters, and polarity reverse controls, you can emulate workflows in the plugin that required external gear with the original modules. The true “zero crossing” Tape Flange mode reproduces the dramatic effect when two tape machines flange perfectly. You can even “swap out” the core bucket-brigade delay (BBD) chip to explore vastly greater sweep ranges. Finally, to really add the grit and flavour of the original hardware to your tracks, dial in your desired amount of distortion and aliasing. It’s not just a Phase… It’s Feedback, LFO and Vintage Analog The Phaser offers a gentler modulation that Bob uses to create the quintessential watery, undulating electric piano, the occasional psychedelic drum kit, and more extreme textures in combination with the flanger. You’ll find many of the same Original and Expanded controls as the flanger – feedback, LFO Phase, high-pass filters and polarity reverse controls – for a consistent user experience. With the Stages knob, you can reproduce the sonic characteristics of hardware phasers from stompbox favourites to vintage hardware units to modern plugins. Dial-in feedback to intensify the effect with added resonance, then adjust the Feedback Tap knob for even more sonic variations. Engage the Analog button to more closely model the original hardware’s feedback implementation. Finally, send the plugin back in time with the Age trimpot, to reproduce the mellowing effects of ageing hardware components. Configuration for your Sonic Imagination When Bob was looking to create a richer, more extreme texture, he’d send his tracks through both flanger and phaser modules, and you can do the same with the Module Config feature. Flange the phaser, phase the flanger, or apply both and mix – whatever achieves the sound in your imagination! To add a swirling width that moves across the stereo soundstage, he’d patch in multiple modules, then set different sweep rates for the left and right sides of each module. Listen to Mick’s vocal on the Stones’ “Heaven” track, or Bowie’s “China Girl” recording to hear the result. You can recreate these unique sounds with the Module Config and Sweep Rate Select features. Access Iconic Presets or Easily Dial-in your Own When the Clearmountain name is on the box, rest assured that Bob himself pored over every detail, and that includes the presets you get with the plugin. You don’t need an engineering degree to get started – instead, look over the shoulder of a master mixer! Bob has carefully created each preset based on specific instruments and processing from his extensive catalogue of timeless hit mixes. Want to experience the Stones “Heaven” vocal sound described above? Simply load the preset! Once you’ve unlocked the secrets of the presets, you’ll find it surprisingly easy to conjure your own Phases, from mellow to madness! Features

Clockworks Bundle8 Iconic Plug-ins Rewind time with an iconic collection of Eventide studio classics In 1971, in a New York City basement, Eventide Clockworks revolutionized the audio industry by creating the world’s first studio effects processor–the Instant Phaser and pro audio’s first digital device, the Digital Delay Line. Over the course of the following decade, Eventide would release the world’s first Harmonizer®, the H910, along with the other industry firsts: Omnipressor®, Instant Flanger, H949, and SP2016. Now, producers and engineers can evoke the classic effects heard on countless records from the last 50 years with the Clockworks Bundle. Painstakingly modelling every aspect of these hardware units was neither quick nor easy but now the must-have sonic beauty of these classic boxes is available for use with your favourite DAW live or in the studio. Instant Phaser Mk II The Instant Phaser was the world’s first studio phaser and the first rack mount effects unit, period. Originally intended to make the painstaking task of tape flanging quick and easy, engineers and producers would use it for smooth, transparent modulation and pleasing stereo decorrelation. It used analogue all-pass filters to mimic the effect achieved by time delay resulting in a modulation effect all its own. Experience all of its analogue charm with the Instant Phaser Mk II plugin and add “Age” to taste. Features
Instant Flanger Mk II The Instant Flanger utilized newfangled bucket brigade ICs for swept delay resulting in a ‘true’, time-based, emulation of tape flanging. Whereas the Instant Phaser offered several methods of controlling modulation, the Instant Flanger allowed engineers to combine these controls. The result, more control layers and less predictable sweeps. Explore vintage modulation sweetness with the Instant Flanger Mk II. Features
Omnipressor The Omnipressor, released in 1974, set the stage as the first dynamics effects processor, introducing the concepts of infinite compression, dynamic reversal, and side-chaining. The flexible nature makes the Omnipressor plugin a must-have, with options to control all aspects of dynamic modification. Features
H910 Harmonizer The H910 Harmonizer was the world’s first digital effects unit. With its unique combinations of pitch shifting, feedback, modulation and delay, it was a huge hit across studios worldwide. Thickening snares, guitars and vocals are H910’s bread and butter, but robot sounds and gritty octaves are just as easily dialed in. The bundle includes H910 Dual. Features
BONUS: H910 Dual
SP2016 Reverb In 1981, the SP2016 was released and was the world’s first programmable effects processor featuring ROM chips that “plugged in” under the hood making it possible to add new effects in the field. While it was not a Clockworks effects unit, the SP2016 earned its spot on this roster as it marks the opening chapter of modern Eventide effects processors, with the H9000 its current incarnation. The SP2016 Reverb plug-in includes modern and vintage versions of its signature Stereo Room, Room, and Hi-Density Plate. Features
H949 Harmonizer In 1977, Eventide released the H949, standing on the shoulders of the H910 as the second in Eventide’s family of Harmonizers. It introduced a formal micro pitch-shifting mode, which is a great sound for lead guitar virtuosos. It also had the first Reverse delays and introduced a Random pitch mode, which works great as an automatic double-track for guitars and vocals. And, the H949 conquered the ‘glitch’ by using advanced autocorrelation techniques. The bundle includes H949 Dual. PC

Moogerfooger MF-103S 12 Stage Phaser
THE MF-103S 12-STAGE PHASER IS A RE-INVENTION OF MOOG MUSIC’S CLASSIC MF-103 ANALOG EFFECTS PEDAL.
The MF-103 12-Stage Phaser, introduced in 1999, contained two complete modular functions: a 6-stage/12-stage voltage-controlled Phaser and a voltage-controlled wide-range Low Frequency Oscillator (LFO). Designed by Bob Moog and his engineering team, the MF-103 was a direct descendant of the original Moog modular synthesizers, adapted to process, modulate, and play with inputs ranging from guitar, voice, and synthesizer to any imaginable audio source.
The MF-103 Stage Phaser has been meticulously recreated as the MF-103S, capturing not only the psychedelic enveloping sound of the original, but also the organic way in which the parameters interact to create a musical playing experience.
With CV interconnectivity, stereo functionality, an extended feature set, the ability to run multiple instances, and presets, the MF-103S plug-in further tailors the classic Moogerfooger functionality to the modern digital creator.
MF-103S EXPANDS ON CLASSIC MOOGERFOOGER PEDAL The MF-103S also introduces unique features not seen on the hardware instrument, including: OUTPUT MODE recreates the original MF-103’s MAIN and AUX outputs and allows you to route those in STEREO configurations. LFO TYPE switches between the MONO LFO of the original or creates a second inverted LFO for STEREO modulation. The MF-103S 12-Stage Phaser offers CV Inputs for LFO Rate, LFO Amount, Resonance, Phaser Sweep, and a second Sweep input to modulate the two sections of six stages independently, as well as the capability to attenuate or soften these modulations.THE SOUNDS OF THE MF-103S 12-STAGE PHASER EFFECT The Moogerfooger Effects Plug-ins range from clean filtering to wildly experimental modulation designed to manipulate, enhance, and fully transform any sound. Each with its own distinct identity, these effects are designed to work perfectly alongside one another in your audio chain.

Instant Phaser Mk IIOwn the First Studio Phaser Released in 1971, the Eventide Instant Phaser began the studio effects revolution by successfully simulating tape flanging, an effect that’s been at the core of legendary albums for the last five decades. Reminisce back to a phaser with analog personality, smooth modulations, and inherent musicality. Outfitted with a complete host of control options, the Instant Phaser Mk II is out of the rack and into your plugin arsenal. This new emulation of the classic effect accomplishes the same legendary sound notably used on hits like Led Zeppelin’s “Kashmir” and “Presence”. The capabilities have been expanded, and now you can even take your phaser on an excursion from the 70s far into the future with the delightfully characteristic “Age” knob. As hardware phase-shift networks get older, they don’t line up as well as they used to, revealing their analog character. The resulting effect is less exact, for tracks where imprecise nature is desired. While component drift and unintentional effects are usually omitted in hardware emulation, we’ve decided to put the ball in your court. For a phasing sound that’s straight out of the factory, set Age to 0%. To capture the sound of the same phaser 47 years later (present-day), set Age to 25%. The remaining 75% allows you to discover the Instant Phaser among the wreckage of a dilapidated studio hundreds of years from now and check it out on your new single. Change the Feel, Switch the Mode The Instant Phaser Mk II offers three different sonic characteristics that change the amount of phase-shift sections, simply labeled “Shallow”, “Deep”, and “Wide”. When “Wide” is selected, the Instant Phaser Mk II gives you a different amount of phase-shifting on both right and left channels, resulting in a slightly different effect in each ear. You can use this to turn flat mono guitars into huge stereo leads, or make your single-channel synthesizer fill out the sides of your mix. Different Ways to Phase The Instant Phaser allows four distinct methods to control the phasing:

Whirl v2Whirl is a barber-pole phaser. It is based on a Bode frequency shifter model with a feedback line, an algorithm which creates unique spectrum peaks and notches that move upwards or downwards in a seemingly endless fashion – with one spectrum sweep smoothly morphing into the next one, like an audible illusion. Whirl features up to three fully synchronized barber-pole phaser stages: this allows you to control how gentle or dramatic the effect is. At its most extreme settings, Whirl is capable of deeply resonant filtering: it almost individually suppresses and accentuates different frequency harmonics. By design, the spectrum sweep frequency is bipolar – and can go from downwards to upwards motion and back completely seamlessly. SOUND ENGINE
