Sick 2A Horror Instrument & Sound FX Library For Kontakt Sick Volume 2 was designed with horror sound-design in mind. This library is a one stop shop for eerie and disturbing paranormal sound-design, including subterranean clanks, booms, thuds, cracks, drags, stomps, steps, creaks and thumps in the dark- ness; demonic creature howls, moans, breaths and growls; hellish and twisted sound- scapes, pads, drones and ambiences; and a variety of terrifyingly vivid EVP recordings (some of them quite real). To capture the raw materials for this sonic descent, We explored the bowels of an abandoned Civil War/World War I-era naval artillery bunker (mind you, not the same bunker that we visited in Rust II – I guess you could say we love us some abandoned bunkers.) and a World War II/Cold War-era decommissioned warship. All in all, you get over 200 Grade-A production-quality horror sound effects and sound beds for about the price of a pound of raw hamburger. Delicious! The Kontakt interface includes a suite of automation-ready sound-shaping controls to give you total creative flexibility. You have control over swell, attack, release, offset, vibrato, filter, pitch (coarse & fine), articulation switching, cross-fading and layering, and so much more. We’ve also included 20 unique sound-designed custom FX presets to give you lots of creative options. This library comes with an adaptable LFO system, with selectable LFO shape, modulation target parameter, speed, intensity, tempo-syncing and fade-in time. You can also apply your choice of 12 lowpass, high-pass and FX filters, with assignable modulation targets such as velocity, modwheel, expression, after-touch, key position and step-sequencer table control. Our customizable arpeggiator offers a velocity table and control over arp direction, timing, swing, randomization and duration. We’ve included a key and scale lock system to constrain your notes to common scales and keys for easy melodic composition and live performance. The interface is rounded-out by our modular FX rack panel, with 18 different DSP effect modules that you can assign in any of 10 available slots, in any order that you wish. You’ll find classic phaser, flanger, delay, distortion, amp and cab simulators, compressors, EQ, rotator and so much more. The Reverb effect includes our favorite convolution reverb impulse responses, including 99 different rooms, halls, chambers and outdoor environments, plus another 40 custom FX impulses to radically transform the sound and open up whole new worlds of musical possibility. We’ve added a great bank of FX rack chain factory presets to get you started! Features:

Aurora Choir (Kontakt)Symphonic Choir Sample Library for Kontakt 5.8.1 and Above! The Aurora Choir is an elegant and powerful choir sample library for Kontakt, and represents somewhat of a milestone for Aria Sounds, being the culmination of many hours of work, study and tweaking. The library contains both Sopranos and Altos (separate instruments for maximum control), and has an absolutely stunning legato tone. On top of this, it has short syllables, arranged into a very conveniently playable sequencer. Simple arrange your phrase in the sequence, and play away – the choir will automatically sing the syllables you enter. Note: Full Version of Kontakt Required Note: All Female Vocals Multiple Legato Modes at Multiple Dynamics The choir contains four true legato modes (ah, eh, ih and oh) sampled at multiple dynamic layers, giving a total of EIGHT true sampled legato sets, for absolute realism and variation. On top of this, there are a total of twenty four different syllable shorts, sequence-able in the GUI, each sampled at three dynamic layers, giving a total of 72 variations per short note! Four Mic Positions (48kHz / 24 Bit) The choir was recorded in a mid sized hall, for a pristine and clear sound, with four mic positions used to ensure that no part of the vocalists’ glorious sound was wasted. Choose from, or create your own personal blend from the four available positions. The positions are ordered from closest to furthest, and you even have the option between close condenser mics, and close ribbon mics (for a darker and warmer sound). If an even more reverberant sound is what you are after, there is a reverb slider on the interface, and you’ll also be pleased to know that this library takes external reverb very well. All audio is in 24 bit 48KHz .wav format files. The sequencer (lower) part of the interface allows for the creation of extremely realistic and powerful spoken lines, with the 24 included syllables. The default sequence spells out the “Dies Irae” text, but you can easily customise or completely change this. Simply click on any syllable, and select a different one from the 24 options on the drop down menu that opens… Each syllable was recorded at three dynamics, which respond to velocity. The low G# (in yellow) can be used to reset the sequence to the beginning, in case you don’t want to use all twenty four steps every time, allowing for even greater variation. 11 GB of Content (22GB Required for installation process) The “Aurora Choir” library is a standard open-format Kontakt library and requires that you own the Full Retail version of Kontakt 5.8.1 or above to use it. IMPORTANT NOTE: All sales are final. Please check that our products are compatible with your software before purchasing, and if in doubt, contact us to ask. |

RoomscapeRoomscape is an ambient infinite tape playback machine designed to generate infinite soundscapes derived from real-world field recordings of interior and exterior spaces. The unique feature of Roomscape is that it is designed to emulate a tape machine in that you simply press play and then blend and modulate up to 4 sources as it plays. This gives incredibly unique evolving soundscapes that never stop! All sounds in Roomscape have been provided by 3Maze Sound Effects Libraries. 10 Sound Categories: 4 sounds sources, each with 10 sound categories. All sounds are accessible using the pop-up browser system and mixer settings are retained per sound. Evolving Modulation: Roomscape allows nearly every single control to be modulated over time. With a dedicated pop-up modulation system with between 4 and 128 steps per conrol it is possible to create pulses, stepped sequences or long smooth progressions and adjust the speed individually for every control. Send FX: Roomscape contains 4 Send FX slots, each slot can be populated with 1 of 5 FX. Each channel can then send the signal to each slot. This makes it very easy to quickly swap effects on the fly without having to re-assign them for each source. Snapshots: If you don’t know how to use snapshots in Kontakt then you don’t know what you are missing. They load quicker, can be organised better and shared easier than using a bunch of nkis. Roomscape ships with 67 snapshots in 6 different categories to get you started:

The Open HatsThe third release of the “Groove Butter” series, The Open Hats features 100 different closed Hi-hat presets made from 2.450 carefully recorded and processed one shot samples. The Hats are playable over four octaves and all presets are velocity sensitive and tuned. We have recorded a lot of different drum machines in the past and we have now selected some of the rare ones and run them through our saturation, compressing, cleaning process and built a nice GUI for you to have lots of fun with, by turning 44 knobs to get a satisfying beat making experience for musicans and listeners. There are some totally clean and classic sounding closed Hihats and some which we have barely overworked to get some more modern or aggressive results, to fill the toolbox for different music genres. Add some extra drama by using the pitchbend in combination with some of the useful effects, in a handy and intuitive GUI design. Use the reverb, delay and flanger section to add some width and epicness. You can go real crazy if you want to. In the mid section of the instrument you will find some more tone focussed effects like a compressor, a saturation unit, a powerful overdrive / distortion section and finally the low and hi-pass filters. On the left side of the instrument you got a few knobs to build up the total shape and mood of the hi-hat sound by using tune, amplitude and pitch envelopes, a section to manage the speed of the sample and also a very useful transient shaper to add some extra attack and punch to the drums. Black SisThe Melodica Piano 26 is another easy to use and beautiful sounding reed instrument made by the German company Hohner*. The sound is generated by blowing air thru a mouthpiece into fine brass reeds like those used in Harmonicas. This one sounds very rich and warm. This underrated instruments were used by musicians like UB40, Depeche Mode, The Gorillas, The Hooters, Supertramp and… you too name a few! We are very happy to get our hands on one of these old instruments in a very good condition. The Piano 26 Melodicas were maybe the best selling Melodicas of that time. We have recorded this old, plastic and fantastic beauty with four different types of microphones thru well selected preamps after some time consuming experiments. Overview Each microphone can be tuned in separately in the master area at the head of the instrument. So you can take advantage of the different characters of the four microphone types and mix your own original pretty red sound until it fits your taste perfectly. The noise from blowing air into the Melodica was separated from the musical material and made usable thru an extra mixing knob. The same processing we did with the clicks which were produced by pressing the keys on the Melodica. So you can now add/reduce the noise from blowing by turning the noise knob and add/reduce the clicks from the keys by turning the click knob. Specifications

Volt IIVolt II is the follow up to our last popular Kontakt library Volt I. Volt II is packed with deeply sampled and highly playable sounds including hard hitting and gritty bass sounds, ethereal pads and strings, arpeggios, distorted other-world textures, alien atmospherics and dreamy uplifting chordal synths. Volt II uses our Volt Meter controller which allows for multiple dial manipulations on the interface with just one dial movement. Essentially the Volt Meter is an advanced Macro. Assign your modwheel to the Volt Meter automate the parameters on the fly. Volt II is perfect for all kinds of electronic music from ambient, abstract electronica to Techno and is also great for writing breakdowns for your next electronic masterpiece. Comes with over 130 snapshots preset and we also included a collection of MULTI’s. Audio demos are made with just a few instances of Volt II using simple chords etc – Volt II does the rest with slow evolving textures and gritty bass and distorted arpeggios etc. Volt Meter Volt has a special Volt Meter dial that is the centre of the action. Most of the controls on the front panel can be controlled by the movement of the Volt Meter. Simply select from the front panel which controls are to be controlled by Volt Meter and then select the depth/range of the control – Moving the voltmeter will then control those active dials. You can also assign the Volt Meter to your Modwheel or any other external controller dial and control many dials with the Volt Meter. The two sliders under each dial are to set the min and max movement that the volt meter will have on the dial ie they set the range that the dial will move, if it did not have those range dials then all the dials would move the same range from 0 to full which would not be that exciting. Also it is worth noting that the left slider can also go higher then the right slider and this will create an inverse movement when the volt dial is used. ie if the left slider is taller than the right slider then when the volt meter is used the dial will move in the opposite direction – good for using on Cutoff and res with an inverse set of sliders. Most of the included snapshots have already been setup to respond to the Volt Meter – Give it a whirl and experiment. It is easy to create stunning patches with Volt, and by clicking the Volt symbol in the centre of the interface you can randomise patches and let the chaos of the universe play a hand in the sounds you make. Aeolian Fan HarpAn Experimental 12 Stringed Instrument & Sound-Design library built for Kontakt Aeolian Fan Harp is a unique hand-made instrument created by Dust Bowl Guitars. Based on the concept of a traditional ancient Greek wind harp, this 12-stringed non- fretted hollow body instrument incorporates a 120mm PC fan under the strings near the bridge to produce its own wind! And rather than nylon strings, it uses steel-wound strings and electric guitar pickups. When plucked while the fan is off, it has a sound similar to a baritone electric guitar. Powering up the fan generates a lush steady drone, but the real magic begins when you bow, scrape, gliss or excite the strings and set off extraordinary cinematic clusters, sound effects and undulating drones. This experiment was built over three long months and sampled in outstanding detail by Soundiron contributor John Valasis and Konstantinos Sakkas. This nearly 14GB library includes a close stereo microphone position as well as a direct stereo pickup line out, so you can dial in an electric or acoustic sound just the way you like it with the help of our handy modular FX rack, full of amp and speaker simulators, multi-FX and custom convolution reverb impulses. It’s the perfect collection for composers, sound designers and anyone looking for unconventional musical ideas to round out their musical tool chest. This library contains 3 different preset types that allow users to interact with the content in different ways. The Dual Layer preset type allows every articulation to be played tuned spread across the key range exposing the sonic qualities of all the sounds. There are two fully configurable layers in this preset type, each with sound selection, LFO, filter and sound shaping controls: volume, attack, offset, release, bass, treble, pitch and panning. The Single Effects preset type gives users access to all the special single-shot effects that didn’t fit into any velocity or round-robin based articulation. Each Single Effects preset has the same sound controls as each layer in the Dual Layer presets. The Ensemble preset types spread all the articulations across the available key range. LFO, filter, and sound shaping controls are available, as well as mapping customization. Users can remap any articulation to any key, and we include a Random button to really let users explore how a midi beat changes when randomly selected percussive sounds are assigned to the keys. Every preset type includes our integrated ARP arpeggiator system, featuring a suite of options like rhythm, direction, swing and randomization. The easy Glide feature is also included, instantly turning sustaining content into a monophonic legato/portamento instrument with adjustable pitch bend speed control, and adds an adjustable pitch bend to percussive content. All LFOs are configurable with user-selectable shape and target parameter, as well as free or tempo-synced speed, depth and attack. Every Filter is powerful, letting users select from 12 different filter types and modulation options such as sustain pedal and step sequencer. A Deep User Interface

Synthetic MaterialsSynthetic Materials is a simple, but powerful KONTAKT instrument fuelled by a rich assortment of modern-day classic analog and wavetable synthesiser sounds, complete with a scale-quantised semi-generative sequencer and support for user samples. All the factory instruments (60 in total, approx 5GB compressed) have been sampled in 24 bit super-wide stereo, and include plenty of interesting content for long, evolving and atmospheric pads. The instrument comes with 100 snapshots plus 25 sequencer demos, but Synthetic Materials is really about making those sounds your own. There are also 50 Multis demonstrating what can be achieved by layering Synthetic Materials instruments plus five 4-track demo “songs” comprising 20 sequencer snapshots. Instrument Refine your sonic creations selecting from two different types of low pass filter (with envelope and LFO) or add some grit with a drive effect that has its own dedicated envelope. Further enhance your sounds with the instrument’s built-in effects, including 4-band EQ, stereo ping-pong delay, rotary, chorus, reverb and compression. Add pitch-based expression with a unique velocity threshold legato glide, vibrato and an effects pedal inspired pitch shifter. The pitch shifter allows you to generate up to two additional notes for each one you play, for octave or chord effects, including velocity scaling, automated pan and subtle detuning. You can even emulate analog-like instability with variable pitch and velocity drift that randomly alters the pitch and tone of every single note. Configure all of these parameters from a single screen on the instrument’s GUI or from your NKS controller. Synthetic Materials also has its own percussion instrument, the “DM 78” which includes over 200 analog drum samples showcased by 100 “vintage” and “modern” sequencer snapshots of readymade beats for your projects. User Samples Synthetic Materials also supports user sample import giving you access to the same sample zone mapping design used by the factory sounds. Simply drag and drop your audio files, tweak your sample and loop points, then save custom instruments as snapshots. You can even share your creations with other Synthetic Materials users. Sounds All the base sounds (60 in total, approx 5GB compressed) have been sampled in 24 bit super-wide stereo, and include plenty of interesting content for long, evolving and atmospheric pads. The instrument comes with 100 snapshots plus 25 sequencer demos, but Synthetic Materials is really about making those sounds your own with its flexible sound design engine. Powerful Sequencer Last but not least, the Synthetic Materials step sequencer has been designed to be fun, creative and musically inspiring. Despite having only 16 steps maximum, the sequencer is driven by a generative probability-based engine that allows you to develop patterns that will never sound the same twice. Step length for each sequence can be set from a sixteenth note to a massive 8 beats in length for evolving soundscapes and simple chords. Velocity and gate is adjustable for each step, and steps can be optionally sub-divided for old-school “ratcheting” effects. Gate times can also be overlapped for glides between steps. But the fun really starts when you explore some of the sequencer’s more unusual features… The A/B options allows you to configure musical variation with alternative or combined pitches for each step. Add anything from subtle direction shifts to all-out chaos by assigning steps to “bump” or “jump”. All of this is probability-based of course! And finally, you can even sketch out musical ideas using the sequencer’s “shift automation” feature that auto-transposes your sequence while it’s running, with everything staying perfectly in key and in tune using built-in scale quantisation. Kontakt Player & NKS Synthetic Materials is compatible with the Free KONTAKT player, so you don’t need the paid full version of KONTAKT to use the library. KonstruktorTRUE HYBRID DRUMS Konstruktor is a hybrid drum designer and kit builder that blends acoustic sound sources with synthesized waveforms. Together with both fully acoustic and fully synthetic elements, this kit builder creates truly hybrid drums with a unique, fresh new sound. CONVOLUTION COLORS Model each kit component with its own convolution plugin: almost 400 custom impulses that color, shape, distort, and augment the drum samples. Thicken kick drums, smear and widen snares, turn hi-hats into mini rhythm engines. Glitchbomb, Drumrust, Echoglitz, Boomscope… ROBOT OR HUMAN? Control the amount of randomization that is applied to velocity and quantization—separately for each kit component. Make those snares and hi-hats extra trashy. And with 6 round-robin layers for every articulation, even fully synthetic kits can find a new groove. Let those kits run loose. PERFORMANCE CONTROL Adjustments to tuning, sample start points, decay envelopes, and sample width can also be used to control how different convolution impulses color an instrument. Subtle tuning changes, in particular, will often reveal new and unexpected frequency effects that can help to shape a whole kit. FILTER CONTROL Each of the 7 kit components has three dedicated, independently selectable lowpass, bandpass, and highpass filters, each with dedicated cutoff and resonance knobs for on-the-fly switching. Filtering offers another way to control how the convolution impulse colors the sound. STATS
*Requires a keyboard/MIDI input. 64 MIDI rhythms are included for importing into your DAW. ACOUSTIC-SYNTHETIC From the start Klüsterkitt was about capturing the dirt and rattle of new and exotic acoustic sound sources, then blending and sculpting those wonderfully noisy, full-spectrum stereo sounds with synthesized ones. The hunt for fresh, distinctive percussive sounds was a process of experimentation using a range of de/reconstructed acoustic objects. The four dozen instruments born from this process formed the sound palettes for Konstruktor, Fabrikator (coming soon), and Rezonator (coming soon). Playing techniques were honed to produce the most useful and interesting articulations for recording. Session samples were then selectively mixed with pure tone waveforms, each tailored to color and transform them into new, truly hybridized rhythm instruments. Supplemented by fully acoustic variants and over 200 synthetic percussion sources, the result is a kit builder of astonishing depth and character. ONE STEP FURTHER What acoustic-synthetic blending did for the individual instruments, convolution would do for the drum kit. Almost 400 impulses were designed using vinyl/radio/tape/digital noise and static, particulate and granular effects, digital and acoustic sound effects, frequency modeling, mic effects and chorusing, and stereo imaging. Some impulses are designed to affect particular frequency ranges, or to expand the feeling of depth and space around them, while others are designed to enhance the stereo image, create audio effects, or to generate interesting syncopations and multirhythms. Many of the impulses are designed to add dirt and texture to samples. Packed with this kit builder are 108 beautifully constructed kits of big, full-sounding drums: acoustic-flavored synthetic drums and synthetic-flavored acoustic drums. Now with multi-out capability. 5.7.1 Full Version (Not for Kontakt Player) |

Alpha OrganAlpha Organ is a beautifully sampled pair of pipe organs recorded at St. Paul’s Church in SF. They offer lush sound, powerful bass, a huge variety of organ presets, sound design, mic positions, tonal options, custom FX and very intuitive and flexible GUI control features. The “lower” organ, built by Kilgen Church Organ Company of Saint Louis, MO, was originally water-powered, but has since been converted to an electric blower-driven system. The console is in the south isle near the side entrance and its pipes are hidden behind the altar with the blower and machinery under the floor of the Apse, allowing the lowest pedal notes to resonate through the floor, seeming to shake the very foundation. The upper organ, far larger and more elaborate, was built by the Felix F. Shoenstein & Sons Organ company of San Francisco. It is arrayed high above the portcullis and Narthex in a mezzanine between the two bell towers. Where the first organ – our “Alpha” Organ – is sweet and silky in its tone, the second – our “Omega” Organ – is thunderous and mighty in its body and energy, with a more powerful blower, larger console and many more pipes. We feel that this space has extraordinary acoustic properties bordering on the mystical. Each time we’ve recorded there, we’ve experienced waves of strange synchronicities. The entire hall seems to sing as if one great living instrument. To honor the high strangeness that the space seems to evoke, we’ve enriched this library with a very wide selection of sound designed ambiences, leads, pads, drones and custom effect presets, delving deeply into psychoacoustic and metaphysical aesthetics. The church was built by its own perishoners over a period of two decades, starting in 1897, delayed by the 1906 San Francisco earthquake and finally completed in 1911, using stone salvaged from the ruined city itself. It has a lush, pristine quality full of spacious airiness and crystal clarity, without a hint of cloudiness or oversaturation. This reverberant hall is one of our very favorite recording locations, home to our acclaimed Requiem Light Symphonic Choir, the Native Instruments Symphony Series Brass Ensemble and Solo collections and many other classic Soundiron libraries. We’ve packed the user interface with powerful sound-shaping controls to give you complete flexibility. Controls for volume swell, attack and release time, sample start offset, vibrato, and sound bank selection are included in all presets. The main preset also features a microphone mixer and an octave effect. The Layered preset includes 4 independent sound layers, each with a full set of parameters that can be linked, automated and customized. The first three layers are the Close (Mic 1), Mid (Mic 2) and Far (Mic 3) microphone positions. The fourth layer is the Ambiences layer. We used various sound-design tricks to morph the sounds from our journey into 30 different tonal and dissonant pads, synth-tones and ambient dreamscapes. They can be played by themselves, or used to add texture and body to the primary sounds. In the advanced settings pull-down window, you’ll also find an adaptable per-layer LFO system, with selectable LFO shape, modulation target parameter, speed, intensity, tempo-syncing and fade-in time. You can also apply your choice of 13 lowpass, high-pass and FX filters, with assignable modulation targets such as velocity, mod-wheel, expression, after-touch, key position and step-sequencer table control. Our customizable arpeggiator features a built-in velocity sequencer table and control over arp direction, note timing, swing, randomization and duration. The built-in modular FX rack window offers 27 different DSP effect modules that you can assign in any of 8 available slots, in any order that you wish. You’ll find classic phase, flanger, delay, distortion, amp and cab simulators, compressors, EQ, rotator and so much more. The Reverb effect includes 99 of our own convolution reverb impulse presets. We’ve captured a huge variety of different rooms, halls, chambers and outdoor environments, along with 139 unique, strange and creative special effect impulses to completely transform the sound and open up whole new worlds of musical possibility.
